Orders normally take 2-3 business days to ship from the time your order is marked “completed”.  Please note that, as of Jan 1-2021 we are experiencing record breaking high volume, and some orders may take 1-2 additional business days to ship out.

  • Firearms

Shotguns other than FBS - are plastic wrapped and shipped in a plain OEM product box with model, sku, caliber, etc. labeled on the end of the box. These are then put into a larger shipping box, with FedEx label, and necessary FFL/State documents enclosed in the FedEx packing slip.

FBS shotguns - These are shipped in a hard carry case with foam lining, these are then put into a larger shipping box, with FedEx label, and necessary FFL/State documents enclosed in the FedEx packing slip.

AR Rifles / Pistols - These are shipped in a soft, zip up case. This case is boxed, and then placed into a larger shipping box, with FedEx label, and necessary FFL/State documents enclosed in the FedEx packing slip.

  • Ammo

Currently, all ammunition is shipping in a heavy-duty shipper brick. Some ammunition types are placed inside a poly seal bag before being placed into the shipper box but– these  are not included on all ammunition types. Be sure to reference your product description on the online catalogue for more information on ammunition packaging.

All retail shipping is flat rate via FedEx. If you have a large dealer / distributor / OEM order, then this will be quoted by your dedicated sales rep. Shipping quotes are only valid for 10 business days. Anything past this point, will have to be re-quoted.

If you place an order online, which qualifies for freight shipping – then a rep will reach out to you for changes in ship fees AFTER the order is placed.

Please review our list of shipping restrictions and requirements, found here in our terms and conditions:

  • FedArm Branded Ammunition

Comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any issues out of our branded ammunition, we will do everything we can to make suer you are a happy customer.

  • Range Grade Ammunition

This ammunition type, while following the same manufacturing guidelines as our branded ammunition; does not go to our final QC inspections. It is bulk inspected, or spot checked for noticeable issues and packaged without being case gauged. This is to pass savings in production cost down to our customers with a more affordable ammo type to pick from. Due to being pulled before final QC, we do not offer our 100% satisfaction guarantee on this ammo type, but 99% of our RG ammunition has no reported issues.

All online orders must be paid for through our online cart checkout system. Only credit / debit card is accepted.

We do not warranty or support any items sold or obtained through auction sites. You will need to contact the seller of your item for assistance.

Dry firing and after market modifications will void any service warranty your item carries.

Most user manuals for our in-production items can be found on our website, through this link:

Most serial numbers are on the side of the mag well for AR’s. For shotguns, these may be on the side of the mag well, bottom of the receiver, or side of the bolt – depending on the model.

Due to volume and automated shipping processes, we do not accept emailed copies of documents. All customers are required to obtain and upload documents to their cart at the time of checkout.

Unfortunately, the only option is to have a copy of the document needed so that it can be uploaded to your cart when checking out. Your dealer does have the option to perform the check out for you or allow you to do the checkout from one of their computers (where possible) so that they are the ones who upload the document to the cart.

Most dealers that have an issue with providing an FFL copy, are worried about potential uses of their FFL. All FFL's are FFL EZ Checked, and we do not ship to any address not indicated on the FFL and matched to the EZ Check website. This prevents any potential fraud attempts. You may freely relay this information to your FFL dealer if they have any issues with the request.

On hold is the first status our orders go to. At that time there is a pending authorization to confirm that the account has the funds to process the order. This pending authorization is the “charge” you are seeing.

Once the order is processed, the authorization is charged, and the order will change to "completed".

An order status of “completed” means: the order has been processed, label created/printed, and sent to the shipping department to pull and package your item. Once FedEx scans your package, you will see live updates to the tracking page on FedEx.com and can coordinate with the delivery.

Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as the label is made. However, label created does not mean that it has been picked up. Once you receive a tracking number, there may be a 2-3 business day delay label creation and physical pickup due to volume.

All online orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed online. From there, it takes about 1-2 business days before the item is picked up by FedEx, for total ship turnaround of 1-4 business days. Note – this may be subject to change in times of high volume / demand.
